Patrick Verrill is a phenomenal carpenter whose attention to detail is unmatched.  He started off his career as a carpenter apprentice in Scotland and has been constructing and renovating homes throughout North America for the past 18 years.  He is an arts and crafts, and green building enthusiast with vast experience restoring historic homes and in all aspects of carpentry work.

Lake Valley Well Company, Inc. is a family owned business that has been operating for over 40 years.  Lake Valley specializes in water well drilling, pumping systems, and they have been going green for years by installing geothermal heating and cooling systems.

in situ studio was founded by Erin Sterling Lewis and Matthew Henning Griffith.  Their design is contemporary and sustainable, prioritizing stewardship of water, light, and energy.  The work of in situ studio includes residential, small to medium scale commercial and institutional, graphics, interiors, and community service.  Numerous  awards and recognition of professional work led by Erin and Matt while at the office of Frank Harmon Architect include a Sir Walter Raleigh Award and American Institute of Architects (AIA) NC Award of Merit for the Walnut Creek Wetland Center, as well as First Prize in the statewide AIA NC Headquarters design competition.
